Steam sign-in
When you choose to sign in with Steam, you are redirected to Steam’s website. Vsentra does not receive or process your Steam password. After Steam verifies your identity, it returns your public 64-bit Steam ID to Vsentra.
Information we record
Vsentra records your Steam ID and the date and time of each successful sign-in. If public-profile lookup is enabled, your current public Steam display name and avatar may be retrieved from Steam for display during your session. Vsentra uses a secure, essential browser cookie to keep you signed in for up to 30 days.
Why we use it
This information is used to create and recognize your Vsentra player profile, maintain account security, understand account adoption, and prepare player-connected features. It is not used to obtain your Steam password or payment details.
Sharing and retention
Authentication is processed using Steam and site infrastructure is provided through Cloudflare. Sign-in records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for player-account operations, security, and legal obligations.
Your choices
Steam sign-in is optional. You can use the public website without an account. You may sign out at any time, which removes the session cookie from your browser. To ask about or request deletion of account information, contact Support@vsentra.com.
